Agreement

The person who transports the sled, the sled operator and one helper receives
free admission with no charge for gate fees. No exceptions.

Sled owners (Brian and Billy Miller) shall not be held responsible in any
way for injuries to any pullers and damage(s) or breakage of parts to any
pulling vehicle. No exceptions!

Operation of the sled and/or weight or gear changes to the sled will be
authorized by a member of Miller Pulling Promotions.

For safety reasons and for clear visibility of the pulling vehicles to the
sled operator, Miller's sled will not be operated under severe dusty track
conditions. Therefore, the track must be "watered down" to prevent dust
accumulation, before and if needed, during the pull (between classes).

The sled, weighing scales and measuring device will be provided by Miller
Pulling Promotions at the pull site(s). Help will be provided by the pull
site crew or pullers to set up and load all equipment before and after the
pull.

The pull site shall provide the necessary equipment (blade-off tractor, footage
markers, out-of-bounds striping, etc.) and crew to operate the equipment
to keep track conditions properly maintained. Pull site crew shall flag the
pulling vehicles, hook/unhook the pulling vehicles, etc.

All pulling vehicles must have at least a 1-1/2" hole, opening or a trailer
ball for the hook.

For safety reasons, all pulling vehicles must have wheelie bars. Exception:
If the hitch height is below the centerline of the rear axle, then tractors
don't need wheelie bars.

The spectators shall remain at a safe distance a minimum of 15 feet from
the track, with a barrier positioned no less than 10 feet from the boundary
lines on either side of the track.

in case we have another pull scheduled on the same day as yours, and if
threatening weather should occur on the day of your pull. Make a copy of
